Booking Policy
Payments by cash, paypal, and the following cards:
Visa, Mastercard

A non refundable deposit equal to the first nights stay is required.
Full booking balance is due on the day of arrival.
If the booking is cancelled less than 10 days before arrival then a charge equal to the full booking amount will be made.
In the event of a no show or booking reduction (after arrival date) the full cost of the booking is charged.

If you are going to be late, please advise us so we may leave the key for you.

Note: if checking in late, please be conscious that there may be other guests asleep. 

A one time Depature Cleaning Fee of $50usd is charged.
